0w-20 is synthetic only right? Most '09-'10 vehicles and ALL 2011 car require it. I'm getting allot of the older folks or backyard mechanics that are die hard on using conventional in these car's which im pretty sure voids the warranty automatically. I deal with about 10-20 oil ignorant people a day asking for 20w-50 and the like. We just started denying service to all '95 to current European cars unless they use synthetic.
