Anyone know which Tap & Die set i should get. The AEM UEGO comes with a Bosch LSU 4.2 and the size for it is M18x1.5. The thread is going in BIC Divorced Downpipe its this one

You need to weld in a bung, you can't just tap the pipe because it has such a thin wall it would never stay in properly. You can buy those bungs for pretty cheap, they come already threaded, all you have to do is have the pipe drilled and have the bung welded in. Im surprised your downpipe doesnt have one in it already. Make sure you follor hte instructions that came with your gauge as to where you need to place the bung, there are specific way they tell you NOT to do it.
The AEM comes with a weld-able bung from the factory!
For what its worth, I welded my bung in the pipe right next to where the transmission inspection cover is. Shouldn't take long at all if you pay someone to do it, I'd guess around $20-40 tops if they mig weld it in. Just be absolutely sure of the angle and position before its welded in place!
