It's been widely discussed (widely as in I've heard or read about it hundreds of times in the last ten years and seen them in person many times) that the later wheels did not have the ribs and also that they weighed slightly less for that reason. The "ridges" and weights are mentioned on...
Sorry I missed this until now but I did see it at the other place which reminded me to look here.
Anyway, I'll be there with the KFC stuff and a case of cold beer.
So you don't get your hopes up for nothing, and of course I can't speak for Tanya, but based on what she posted at SF, see below, I'm guessing it's too late for this to happen this year
My search-bot directed me back to this thread since you mentioned "hooters day". That would be nice and warm inside...I mean the restaurant, not the girls. My car won't be available for like a week or so but after that I'd be up for this on the next clear, cool weekend. Or even a cheesesteak...
My stock twins always worked flawlessly. But if you want more power than they can make (say just north of 400whp on pump) you have to flow more air and most people go with a single that can do that because it's the most cost effective, simple solution.

We have to leave Belmont Plateau at ~7:30am since they want us at the Stockton Mall by about 8:30 for the final roll into the meet. In case you need to call me my cell no is 267 357 9435
Because I love how the TiAL exhaust housing look so I hate to cover them up...even with the nice DEI titanium blankets which I think look good. Actually, I rushed out of the house this morning and forgot to take the blankets with me. I was driving pretty damn hard and expected things to get...
so far so good
Tomorrow I'm going to an open track day at New Jersey Motorsports Park, Millville NJ so I'll be hammering on the car for very extend periods. So whatever will get too hot will happen tomorrow or never. For track days I use two DEI "titanium" turbo exhaust housing blankets to...
