I went to change my front shocks yesterday and noticed the upper control arm bolt is bent and won't come out. Has anyone ever run into this problem and if so how did you remove the bolt.

When my car starts to warm up it lops up and down and if i let it idle for a while then rev it, it only revs to 4000 then after that it will rev fine. Then when i go to drive it, it acts like it falls on its face until it starts to boost then its fine. I can't figure it out for the life of me...
