I just read a post about someone saying to jump the harness for the fuel pump resistor if you have an aftermarket fuel pump?? Supposedly to give the fuel pump a constant 12v....Can anyone confirm/refute this?? and would you think this would keep my pump from the sudden loss of power?

I have the manual infront of me and will go through the diagnostics of the amplifier to see if its functioning properly tomorrow and will poast the results... it is weird though, the blower will work if the car is in the on position (and not started), and will work for like 30 or so seconds...

Im running a Turbonetics 62-1 Dual-bearing turbo, I wasnt the one who put it in I bought it like this, but it does have a spacer so I am guessing its a non-HiFI, but I cant give you any numbers because I am dealing with a lot of oil leakage right now
