    New Lock Cylinder Set Questions

One place you might try is T.A.P Recycling in CA. Right after I purchased my car several years ago, I bought a complete set of locks for $75. Locks were in good shape and worked great.

    Summer in Colorado

I am actually located in Denver. The pictures were taken in White Deer Valley just southwest of Littleton (C470 and Kipling). If you look closely, you can see downtown Denver in the pictures. I know you weren't able to make it to the event in Castle Rock, but it was a fairly solid turnout for...

Spring Restoration - Project old school MK3 revival

Nice work! You're making great progress and I like your choice for the exhaust. I agree with you about the Megan coilovers. I've had my set for over a year and I've had no problems with them. My car is not a DD, so the spring rates are not an issue for me.

    Wheel fitment??????

I am currently running 17 x 9 with +35 offset with 275/40 in the rear with no rubbing issues at all and about 1 1/2 inches of drop. Albeit, not 18s, but maybe that will give you some idea. Maybe not.

    255 front fitment??

I am running 17 x 9 with +38 offset with 255/40 tires and megan coilovers. I have no rubbing problems what so ever.

Engine will not turn over...not even click

That's what I am thinking, but I don't know what it might be. I was hoping to take it back to stock, but I can't seem to get that to work. I am going to try a few different things this weekend, so if I can find out what the deal is, I will let you know....

Engine will not turn over...not even click

Sorry Goodbarsix, I am not trying to hijack your thread, but it sounds like we are having the exact same problem. Hopefully someone can solve both our problems. Here is pictures of the problem I am dealing with: And another:

Engine will not turn over...not even click

I am having the exact same problem right now. It looks like there was an aftermarket alarm that was taken out. I took out the wire from the fuse box that ran to the ignition and now it won't start. I have all the same problems (dash lights turn on and the battery connections are good), I just...

    A Weekend's Work

I would being driving it right now, but I am having a bit of an electrical problem. In the midst of installing the radiator and fans, I took out the switch which was used to turn them on and off (simply a switch in the cabin). When I took out the switch, I must have taken out a wire that ran...

    A Weekend's Work

I don't mind low, but with the cut springs I couldn't really drive over anything without scraping bottom. With the new exhaust on, I have no interest in being that low.

    A Weekend's Work

With the cut springs, I couldn't even get a jack underneath the front end and the ride couldn't have been worse. I may end up lowering the car a little more later, but I want the springs to settle first. As far as the Megans, I think they are great. The install took a little while because...
