Brake Lights dont work (cyclops does)

Do you have any leaks? Electrical systems can be tricky, once wet. If you suspect that you've gotten water in somewhere, you should find a reputable auto electric shop, tell them all you can and see what they can find.

Can't get the damn nut off

Thanks for all the help. Tried everything suggested, except for your special tool, Joel, and a rattle gun; I don't have either. Sun's setting and I don't have any lights, so today's a wrap. Maybe I'll just do something dumb, like epoxy the socket to the nut.:biglaugh: Anyway. Thanks. Hopefully...

It's damn hot, and I'm starving. Eff!!! I don't want to pay someone to do this, but I probably will. I hate body and interior projects!!!!!!:icon_evil

Can't get the damn nut off

Thanks for the tip, but I bought a set of deeps sockets for the job. I guess, if all else fails, I could take it to toyota and tell them not to screw it up.:biglaugh:

Can't get the damn nut off

I'm trying to get the top center nut, off one of the taillights, on my 89. I can't see the thing, but an 8mm is the only thing that fits over. I've been trying to get it off, for the last hour, but the socket feels like it's just spinning on the nut. Can't get a 7mm, over it. Anyone have any...

    Turbo Question

I looked those things up. They're pretty weak. Maybe he should just buy an industrial, leaf blower. Some of them claim to move air, at 150mph. :biglaugh:

    Alternator, not enough?

I've had some problems with my battery, sliding around and one of the wires, tearing out of the positive terminal. Point is, it barely runs, with the battery terminal, disconnected. Most cars, only need a battery to get started and the alternator does the rest. Does the Supra, draw more power...

    high powered NA!

Well, I'm glad to find someone on this forum, who has a goal, other than getting from one end of a straight line to the other, as quickly as possible. The Supra was designed to be a performance car not a big power car.

    high powered NA!

Do you even know what an LS2 is? You've obviously never driven a GTO, it's worth the money. I love my Supra as much as anyone, maybe more than most, but if you're just looking for a fun, fast ride, buy one of these new, mid priced, power cars; saves time and ultimately money, cause they're under...

    high powered NA!

Don't listen to all this, "go turbo" kookes. My NA is bone stock and pulls like a mother, once it hits 4000. If you are that hell bent on neck breaking power, quit posting here and buy a GTO. They're nice cars, LS2 and the rear comes out, beautifully. How does that sound? I bought my NA Supra...

Of course you could, if you did all the work yourself. Besides, people like you and I, could never have a daily driver, like that, (California Smog). :icon_conf

    obx headers

Haha. Wooooooooo. Isn't that what we drive?:offwall:

    Options?

I bought a pair of the pacesetter headers and was planning on putting them on, in the next couple weeks, but the port for the O2 sensor, is was to far down the pipe. Just wondering if anyone's ever extended the wire for the O2 sensor, or modified these headers, to work with the stock sensor...

Which supra would you go with?

Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Mine's black, with tan interior. I love it. It's very, Knight Rider.:offwall:
