I have a 1j in my 91 supra using soarer ecu. A/C works great but doesn't idle the motor up. There is a pin on the soarer ecu for idle up which is an input. From what I've read this is a ground input. Can someone confirm this and does anyone know how this should be wired in?

Car breaks up under boost only. Runs/idles/drives fine. Roll into boost ok. Wot bogs/hesitation at boost, roll off pedal out of boost runs great. Can drive it anywhere. All stock 1j. New plugs bkr7e set to 25, wrapped oem coils. Any thoughts? Tested for boost leaks, none found. Checked...
