ok pictured is a GTE Thermostat housing, is the hose on the bottom the line that you are referring to?

Ok because I'm going NA-T so I would like to know does the stock GE block have that metal line under the thermostat

Can anyone tell me where the second coolant line from the turbo goes? I'm aware that one line goes to the thermostat but where does the second line run to?
