I got a hold of a good friend. He told me what I need to fix. There was a body plug that I forgot to plug up to the fuse box that has my starter/ main power wires.. (Doh)

It would also be helpful if someone could tell me which 2 wires to bridge to make it think it's safe to start for the NSS. I'm not even connecting it to the transmission because I have the supra stick to do my dirty work controlling the trans.
