Thats what I thought so I didn't bother adjusting it when I put the rotors on. Maybe my old ebay rotors weren't to spec? Either way its just a minor annoyance having to remove the rotor to adjust.
Yes I used some 2mm spacers. I have the 4 pot Wilwoods. The pedal feel feels about the same as it did with the stock rears. Everything seems to be working great together. For some reasons my parking brake is looser now. I guess I have to readjust it for the STI rotors.

Are you using Wilwood pads? I didn't see any compatible pads for the evo on their website. I was thinking of getting some Hawk HPS pads for the rear. The fronts would still have the Wilwood ones included with the kit.

So I just installed the AZ Front BBK and now really interested in doing this setup. Is anybody running this setup yet? It seems like it would be a good match. How would the bias be? I don't know crap about bias and how to really set it up so I'm hoping the evo setup with my AZ kit will work well.
Well it seems like when the car is cold its almost unnoticeable. After I come back from a drive its more noticeable. I think it may just be a slight miss and it gets a little worse after the car has been warmed up and driven. The car drives perfect though. Full boost seems to be around 11 psi...

I dont have the ground wire that plugs up the the back of the head connected. I realized it wasn't connected after the engine was in and now I cant figure out how to hook it up.
They are brand new OEM mounts. The engine has a very slight miss on idle. It seems to behave normal while driving. Its doesn't break up or anything like that under boost. If the exhaust system was missing one of the rubber holders by the tranny would that add to the shake? I was missing that one...
