Any kind of performance car should never have the rotors resurfaced, they will heat up and warp faster. If the rotor was hard to turn your caliper could have seized, might need to rebuild it.

I see your point. Still weird that i can break the tires loose in first when boost hits but can barely boost at all in fourth. I would think the clutch would slip somewhat. Whats stock clutch setup good for power wise?
In 1st through 3rd gear i can go WOT with 14 psi boost no problems. 4th and 5th though my clutch slips before i even hit 10 psi. Doesnt make sense to me as first gear should produce a lot more torque then any other gear. Am i missing something?
Use a dmm and check for signal to the injectors. The ecu provides the ground path which fires the injector. If you have power to the injectors but still not firing then check the igniter. The efi fuse protected your fuel pump and maybe your ecu. But the igniter is on a parallel circuit. It...
I dont know the specs but if the ecu detects multiple hits from the knock sensor in a set amount of time it will trigger a cel. The cps will be your missfire indicator.
