Any idea if we have any other possible options other than the S10 clutch? Only sintered iron disk I've found was from spec, but I really don't want to run that pressure plate/clutch again since one of the main load springs on the PP just snapped.

Well, after the transmisison shit the bed I finally got around to pulling it. Saw this when the pressure plate came off. Just about shit myself. All the flywheel bolts were loose, one backed out far enough to hit the clutch disk. Not really sure wtf happened there, was using ARP...

Update: Everything major bolted up, torqued down, and dropped in. Transmission transmission's. Driveshaft driveshaft's. Clutch clutches. Mount's mount. Thing's thing. titan sent some stuff bumper got mounted tom mocked up the intake manifold... ...then welded a series of tubes together...

The mating of the transmission was a major factor in the decision, yeah. Also, minor update... Balls.

Christ, this thread relieved all the doubt's I had in the back of my head about going through with the swap. Looks like I won't even have to get a spacer cnc'd. I couldn't be more grateful. Can't wait to rip into it now.

Been done lsx wise, and I'm super bored of the eco. Moreover, nothing transmission-back needs to be touched for this swap, which is one of the big things that make me want to do this. Untill it blows anyway. Shoehorning that thing in there is a bit of an issue, but it will get dealt with...
