Sup everyone, I recently installed a catch can and now the car is bogging at 3200 RPM. I use the PCV port and the exhaust cam cover port for the catch can. I installed a breather on the iacv, car is a T70 at 20 psi with afc neo. Never did it before the catch can install.
I got a question, I just had my car dynoed on a AFC NEO but forgot to set the TPS setting on the NEO. I just noticed full throttle is 75% on the NEO ( recently installed a TPS sensor calibrated),my question is if I set the TPS setting on the NEO now do I have to retune the car again ?
Sorry to confuse, its a product of the lean/rich spot. On the data log injector duty cycles are at 0% at 5812k then it goes full rich all the way at %100 duty ugh. If it were ignition situation the injector duty cycles wouldnt be affected or Im guessing. Spark plugs are at .24
Still doing same thing , but the 1st time I gunned it in 1st it was clear with no breakups and in 2nd also. The next time I hit it again it started breaking at 5812K. This is driving me crazy need help!

The turbo has a T3 63. backhousing too small.
It was 342hp and 306 tq on dynojet.
I know about the wire...
I have a auto 1jz converted to manual but still running the auto ECU. I dyno tuned the car about a 2 months ago, but I recently been getting a Lean to rich spot around 5800-6000 rpm. Now my tuner said it's the Auto Ecu shift limiter ,on the Data logger you can see the injector duty cycle go lean...
48psi fuel,I made 325whp on a t70(truck turbo) .63 exhaust housing ( too small I know ) but the car was running really rich and my tuner had to take off alot of fuel. I found out Aeromotove FPR is faulty some I ordered the DM one. I'm going to re-tune at a lower fuel pressure and up the boost to...
I was wondering about what would be the best fuel pressure to run for single turbo upgrade. Some people " oh just run at 40- 42 psi and call it a day". But then there's " run it 50-60 psi to increase atomization for when the injectors open, better ignition response" . I'd like to hear your...
ok thanks, for boost reference can I " T " off from my stock MAP sensor? All vac ref's from the intake manifold are all accounted for but If have to make another than one then so be it.
Finally got it wired up but I need to know, do I need the greddy map/boost sensor? I have a 1jz on single and I'm planning to boost 20 psi, can I just use the factory map sensor?
