As far as I understand :icon_bigg in normal operating conditions fuel cut is determined by the AFM signal plus some other variables.
So when I am experiencing fuel cut at 500 hz consistently is it a sign I have a bad ECU ? or is it missing a signal and dropping fuel cut down to 500 HZ beucase...
so the history with the car first,
7M-GTE swapped into a mark 2, the following were done prior to me buying the car.
- EGR removed
- VSV removed
- BOV vented to atmosphere
- Ebay intercooler
- 3" exhaust
- Charcoal canister removed and vsv swapped for a temp sensor that goes to a...
So I just picked up a MK2 Supra with a 7M-GTE swapped into it, the engine runs great but the original owner could never get it boosting so he gave up and sold it to me :evil2: I'm planning for just over 300 WHP which is like 3 times more than I have ever driven before so I think I will be happy...
flame proof noob here....I'm a fast learner, love my 83 MK2 with a 7M-GTE in it.....hopefully getting it going in the next couple of weeks.
