    Why do I need a -10AN oil drain for a DBB w/ 1MM oil restrictor ?

Effective solution. What brand are you running?

    Why do I need a -10AN oil drain for a DBB w/ 1MM oil restrictor ?

I played out the options in my head. If I go 45 out, then I'll have to come 90 back. The ideal setup would be to go Higher on the turbo thus extending the drain hose. Jdub, The Pan also an option on the list, The engine is on the stand so I have some room to play around.

    Why do I need a -10AN oil drain for a DBB w/ 1MM oil restrictor ?

So Russell and DEI don't state but I think it'll be about 1:49:13 before the inner's of that -10an melt from the heat of the manifold :icon_bigg Seriously though, I think running about 1.5" T4 spacer, with a -8An drain should be more then enough here.

    Why do I need a -10AN oil drain for a DBB w/ 1MM oil restrictor ?

I see this is a touchy subject for a lot. some say use the double feed to drain formula some say use a tripple feed to drain formula. So If I have a DBB turbo with a 1MM hole for oil feed, why do I need a -10 or more drain if not a whole lot of oil is going in? I only ask b/c my -10An is...

    taking engine apart ?

Just wondering if you are a first time supra owner? Take your oil cap off, look under the cap itself and see if it looks like brown moist greese. Brown Moist Greese = BHG symptoms, Black carbon char look = Likely normal condition. Pull your dipstick out, IF oil looks like chocolate...

Some of the companies that make parts for MKIII and Suprasport.

Lets be clear here guys. Suprasport really has nothing to do with the poor quality of parts. They are like us, just selling the parts provided by the company that makes them. If you buy an HKS SSQBV from me and I have HKS drop ship it to your house, you install it and it turns out the...

Toy-Rific, Who is WE? Suprasport or I.T.S? I wanna know who I'm talking to here. We have unmetered air coming in the system PERIOD throwing the A/F all over the place and the ECU trying to make its corrections. We've already forwarded the Photos/Videos to suprasport and it shows where...

The Seal in question is #16 on the list and has nothing to do with oil or water. The air is leaking from behind the Compressore #1.

Hey jon, I know exactly what you mean. You cut cost, quality suffers. Lets be real, There are a lot of MKIII owners who use cornflakes box cardboard as gaskets on their engine, but they are responsable for their actions. When a company makes a product, atleast make it so it functions...

From what the welder said, The intercooler cores is welded by 1 person and the elbows on the intecooler are welded by another person b/c the weld pattern is different. It was the elows that were leaking. we are past the I/C/ couplers now. The leaking turbo is the next issue.
