RB25 cant handle as much power completely stock vs. the 1JZ...they require a better headgasket and studs in the 14ish +psi range.

Thanks for the info. I have already welded the wastegate closed on the turbo, so a external is a must. Just needed to figure out if a 38mm was going to be large enough or not.

Working on getting everything together to go single, but am having a hard time figuring out what size wastegate to get. I will be using a Holset HE341 (aka newer HY35) and want to be able to start with a ~10 psi spring. Of course, money is a factor. So, I was thinking of getting a Tial 38mm...

On the drain fitting, is it the same as the garret t series or gt series?

What size lines are you running for the oil feed and return?

I am looking at this same kit for the 1j witht the .70A/R. When are you seeing boost come in? I drift, so I dont want all that much lag.

had the same type of problem...mine ended up being the ecu...looked at the board and you could see leaking capacitors (sp?)...replaced it and eveything is good
