Any idea if we have any other possible options other than the S10 clutch? Only sintered iron disk I've found was from spec, but I really don't want to run that pressure plate/clutch again since one of the main load springs on the PP just snapped.
Well, got it back together. Ended up getting new bolts, loctite 272, and this time I let it cure for two days before dropping oil in. I'm hoping that was the issue before, since we only gave it about 6-8 hours before filling it up and used 240-something I think red. Was debating doing the...
Well, after the transmisison shit the bed I finally got around to pulling it. Saw this when the pressure plate came off.
Just about shit myself. All the flywheel bolts were loose, one backed out far enough to hit the clutch disk. Not really sure wtf happened there, was using ARP...
