well I had my wife operate the clutch pedal and I watched engagement/disengagement from the hatch on the side of the tranny , and when you press the clutch to the floor the first 4 inches doesn't move the clutch forks but then the last of the clutch pedal operates the fork about 1 inch total...
Its a standard exedy clutch. well the issue I have is i did not see threads or bolts on the main master cylinder rod thats why I thought it was a non-adjustable master cylinder.
Is there an extended slave cylinder rod for the r154 transmission , because I have about 4 inches of pedal play at the top of the pedal before it starts engaging the clutch...(we resolved this issue on my buddies eclipse by using an extended slave cylinder rod)

I vote towards siezed calipers, if you havent bleed the entire system you should try that as well , with fresh fluid... my car sat for 9 years before I got my hands on it all 4 brake calipers were seized and brake lines were rotted thru... the old brake fluid smelt like cat pee...
what you open you diagnostics port on a 2jzgte engine , the diag port hanging off the intake manifold , what does IG- mean . The reason I ask is I'm trying to figure out why it runs to the 12a 4 pin connector on the ignitor ...
why is the els defogger required?
ELS : 9–14 VOLTS WITH TAILLIGHT ON, DEFOGGER ON
0–1.5 VOLTS WITH TAILLIGHT OFF, DEFOGGER OFF
