Sure sounds like a BHG to me. When the new head gasket was put on was the head and block checked to make sure that they are straight and smooth. If the head is warped or the surface is screwed up the new head gasket would blow almost immediately.

The thread size and pitch of the inlet and outlet are M18 x 1.5

I attached spme photos with the 1/2" PCV hoses circled. Are these the hoses that you were looking for?

If your talking about the PCV hoses they are 1/2" to the valve covers.
