Ahh Good news all. Vacum lines are all a go. The only connection I need to find is that one with the black end near the thermo. It looks as though it goes into a spade sonnection. The other two with the tranny line are going to be left hanging? Im 90% sure they were to begin with.
So can anyone else just have a look near the accordian hose, in front of the turbo and see where that black ended wire goes? Also while your there Have a squiz under the throttle body and check for that Vacum line attached to the coil pack earth wire? Pleasseeeee
Sweet Ok so now I just need to know where those two connectors go (in the group with the tranny connection). That Oil thing with the Coil pack earth wire and the Other wire near the thermostat. Cheers all
LOL watch it cockie! K got 90% of the wires done. Just need to know what these two are? Second pic ( If it helps they are in the same bunch of wires with the one that connects to the tranny?) Also where bouts did this earth go to? I know you are all shaking your head, but I did the dismanling...
Hey IJ get your own thread! lol
Any ways I'm having a few dramas with the vacum lines. As IJ said NFI! looking for pics with intake manifold on and all the vacum lines intack, up close! Please anyone.:1zhelp:
Yeah Mazzer, was going to do it that way and decided to just cut them. Alot easier.
Got the turbo back on along with the entire Exhaust side yesterday. Started to work on the Intake and found that im missing one Injector insulator thing. Damn I was shitty!. But yeah I will pick 6 newies up...
Yeah im confident about the turbo side as this will be the second time Ive done it. (rebuilt it a while back). But yeah that oil return and supply is a bitch. But apart from that nice and straight forward.
Cheers for the pic IJ, +1 to all of you guys. ohhhh I just love this place.
Turbo and Inlet go back on this arvo and all those little F*&king connections. I have to get a new plug for the one that goes to the trans as I just cut it in half. It was alot easier then trying to get to it.
