Alright, I jumped the diagnostic port, and I'm getting a fast, continuous flashing light. This means there no codes preset. Correct? The cel comes on briefly after I have driven the car hard, but it usually goes away soon after I let off.

I have already tried that. For some reason my scanner will not communicate with the car. I have a snapon solus pro.

If you find out it's not stolen, and there are no existing liens, you can put a mechanics lien on it for "non-payment" Another route you can take is leave it on your property for 30 or 60 days (don't remember which one), and file it as an abandoned vehicle. Good luck man
