Well the way I see is is the total amt of money spent on insurance accumulated over my life is probably going to be SIGNIFICANTLY higher than my medical needs, unless ofc I nearly die in a car fire and need my entire body reconstructed, or contract the plague and acquire more medical conditions...

I tore a muscle in my armpit area after following an upper body workout and there would be an extremely sharp pain upon lifting my upper arm out. I had it in a sling for a week and it healed.
This pain in my wrist is different, it's more dull, pain upon using that follows force or weight...
It was 2 mo ago I was working on my sisters civic, trying to get a stripped egr valve bolt off. I was grasping a pair of channel locks on the bolt with both hands, squeezing with 110% and attempting to twist it off when I heard/felt a crinkling/tear on the back of my left hand left side just...
That was just a tear down of the engine and replacing gaskets. Rebuild was much later down the road. TBH im not sure what gasket I used, I had a stone kit, I do not believe the stone head gasket kit comes with any egr valve or cooler gaskets.
I've felt everywhere and soaked the entire area...
When doing the boost leak test I found the air leak stops when I pinch the vac hose coming off the TB in the pic below. When I'm doing this during a boost leak test wouldn't it mean air is going from the tb and flowing to the egr valve through that vac line, meaning it would be closing the valve...
