I don't know why having a son would ruin your day...........I have two daughters that I love dearly, but I wouldn't have had my day ruined if one of them had been a son.........I must be missing something Matt.

Congrats either way.

Maybe somethings wrong with the baby? Or it was a miscarriage?

I don't think he would say is day is ruined if he was having a healthy boy...

I think the point that you guys are missing, is the fact that this probably isnt the best time for him to be having a child but has unfortunantly found out that he will be having one......

lol

Healthy baby Boy, Nicholas Matthew *wife has had that name picked out since she was conceived, I think*, been in the cooker for 18 weeks now. Weighs just over 1/2 lb, everything looks to be perfectly fine (even after my wife's panic attacks when she missed her prenatal vitamins, lol).

After thinking about it all day, having a boy is gonna be pretty nice. Small hands to help on cars, nice and strong to carry in the groceries, and hopefully a big scary type to scare the boys away from the daughter to come. :icon_bigg

I guess it was really more of a let down than anything, but I'll take any/all if they're healthy.

In 22 weeks or so, hopefully I'll be posting pictures of a blonde haired blue eyes baby boy. And maybe one last pic of me while I have hair and my eyes aren't all bloodshot from the lack of sleep.

Oh, and we knew it was a boy before we went. Natalie s always complaining that the little fart wont sit still for 5 seconds. My mom just laughs because I couldn't, and still can't, sit still for any amount of time.

Wife always says I'm disapointed because he's already making me look bad... whatever that means... ?

We've known since... 2 months after we got married. lol. At first I was freaked out, but the idea has REALLY grown on the both of us. although the strain of moving into/buying a home right about the time the wife goes on maternity leave is gonna be a pita... but we're not really worried about it.

Wife wont work OT so I can stay at home w/ the baby. :icon_mad: wtf? lol

Heh.

Whatever you want, you won't have. I wanted a girl when I got preggers, but of course my 1st born was a boy. Got it right the 2nd and 3rd time though, LOL

Matt, daughters are expensive, very expensive, but well worth it in the end. Beauty pageants, dresses, clothes that have to be a little better than walmart brand...........:biglaugh:

I still wouldn't take a solid gold MKIII for my two girls, but God, I hope nobody ever offers me one for them.
