rough idle on 1jz

after a run on the dyno today i went home to eat, and after that i was going to cruise a litle bit, but when i startet her op again she was going betwen 1500 to 2000 rpm, next morning it run good, but after a drive and i stop it, and i com back after 30min its doing it again

i have change the map sensor

now i have change the isc, first start up it was still going betwen 1500 an 2000 rpm, after about 15min i tried one more time and now it run okay after a hour i turned it off, after that its doing it again,

i have

hks intake and filter
2jz map

could it be the ECU water temp sensor

i think its the temp sensor because my car is doing the same thing and it threw a water temp sensor code. going to change it soon when i stop being lazy btw is the temp sensor on the 7m the same as the 1jz.

can it be airbobbles trap around the sensor, so its not reading any thing,

any way i have orderet a new sensor
