Cant Stop Alexa From Listening!

I recently purchased this car Ford Fiesta, but I am having a problem with this when I try to connect Amazon Echo Dot 4th Gen with it. I cant stop it from listening. Could someone please help me to solve it?

Some might say the problem is you have Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Why invite tyranny which only comes with a smile. But that is a different thread.
