    2022 - CT-26 Stock Replacement Options

Looking for recommendations on how to refresh a stock CT-26? I'm located in Canada and shipping + $ 450USD to Driftmotion for a basic rebuild is an expensive proposition. Here are a couple of cost effective solutions I can think of, though I am welcomed for any other opinions! 1) ~$300 CAD -...

Hi All, been awhile since I last posted on here. I'm having some problems when I put the car in reverse. It's an automatic and I've recently changed the rear discs/removed dust covers and changed out the leaking differential shaft seals on both sides. Problem: When the car is in motion...

Where to buy rebuilt AFM electronics?

Hello all, My AFM isn't kind to me during cold starts or cold weather. It's very picky and only likes warmer weather...I've checked it by using a voltimeter, but not with a scope like JetJock has suggested in his many threads about AFMS... Everytime my car stumbles, it throws a 31 code. It...

    Rear Shock Tower Metal Gauge/Thickness?

I have rust that is exactly in the same area as this pic below: What gauge metal or thickness is that area? I would take a ruler to it, but I don't think I would be too accurate. Anyone know off hand? Btw, the pic belongs to alias adampeusch, hope you don't mind me using it. Thanks.

I live in the GTA area, does anyone know if there are some by-laws for spraying automotive paint in a residential neighbourhood. I was told that one could be fined up to $5000 if caught. If that is true, than I don't understand why places like Canadian Tire sell whole gallons of autmotive...

    Installing Side Differential Oil Seal

Okay I finally got the Side Gear Shaft out and yanked out the old seal. I compared my old and new seal and they looked somewhat similar except the new toyota one has some hard metal ring around it while the other one didn't. I wonder if it corroded away or something (but then again how would it...

    Painting rusty Calipers.

I have some 3 year old calipers with some Heavy rust on them... I took a wire brush and got it to bare metal, BUT it was pitted. Not sure why the calipers corroded so fast. If I scrape off the rust with the wire wheel and leave it somewhat pitted, will the rust resurface through the Brake...

Removing Side Gear Shaft on Differential.

So I'm changing the side differential oil seals. I'm doing the one on the exhaust side now. How in the world do you remove the Side Gear Shaft on the differential? The whole axle itself is removed from it and all I need to do is "pop" it off. I've used a pry bar with a hammer tapping on it and...

    Removing rotor/break dust cover

How hard is it to remove the break/rotor dust cover? All 4 of mine are pretty damn rusty and one is just barely hanging on... I thought i would just remove them. I believe you have to take off the rotors obviously, but from there, are they simply bolted on? In the TSRM is seems like I have to...

    GTE Stock Muffler Tips

Supramania has exploded, it seems that everyone jumped from some other forum onto here. I was wondering for those running a Stock Muffler, what tips can fit on them? I've heard that Nissan Maxima/Altima/Sentra tips fit on it, but I'm not 100% sure. Has anyone used some other generic dual...
