We haven't race fuel here at the pump in France, and E85 is then awesome for us, because we produce 0 liter of oil.
Plus my engine is nearly a TRD Group A , and compression ratio is at 9.5:1 at no boost. I need this fuel

No matter how you richen the mixture (Piggyback, TCCS with daughter board ho yes, Pi and I are working on flex fuel with TCCS), less than 10°C is less than 10°C.
So you propose to flush the tank when outside temperature is low??

Obviously, we needn't to be standalone to use E85. We need extra fueling (bigger injectors), and a piggyback (or daughter board, or standalone) to fine tune. Best if used with a Ford or GM flexfuel sensor so we can tune accuratly.

Quake mod is the use of ARP Insert Washer. This require machining the head.
The aim is to prevent the head studs to become loose.

I'm going to retrofit an Electrical Power Steering Pump (EPSP later, coz' I'm lazy) in some weeks. I'm thinking about little Renault EPSP, or from a Toyota MR2 or whatever I could find.

We don't wan't to fill the head by emptying the crankase, but, if we reduce oil pump pressure by cutting the spring (the opposite of shims), and install Oil feed restrictor in the head, then flow from head to crankcase would be close to the flow from pump to head.

I still have a friend who have "A" Option turbo/ecu, which is like having an upgraded CT-26 from factory. I will bump him to know if he will send i to Jon S. in UK to extract the code. (my former EUDM ECU is still there I think).
