When I got the car It was on top of the steering column and the wires were just tucked under the cluster. I need to do some more searching on the car to see if I can find The rest of the wiring anywhere.

Just wondering If anyone else has one of these? This is the only part I have (see pic) I am sure there is another piece that belongs to it. The only information I have found is that its a K40 Model Radar and Honda used these as a factory option also.
