Hmm...checked all the boost pipes for cracks? Either your have a boost leak, or you're not building boost. Check all your vacuum lines and make sure that your recirc valve is working correctly.

IIRC, it was a massive group buy on the UK Mk3 Owners Club that kicked it off, Samco managed to get enough of us to buy sets for £150 a pop. I'd imagine every other hose barring the heater ones, would work fine

There are two turbocharger stays, or at least, there are supposed to be. One goes between the bottom of the turbo and the engine mount, the other goes between the turbo and the head. I need both for mine as Mr Batt didn't see fit to include them when he sold me the car :/

I never like the idea of undoing a bolt or two if theres a fresh gasket fitted, makes me think that slackening it is either going to cause a sealing issue, or shorten the lifespan of the gasket.
