Pull the plugs and then crank the motor, it will be easier on the starter and require less voltage since you will not be building compression because it will be explaining.
Maybe a bad check valve it did I miss that you changed it?
Adequate vacuum from the booster's nipple on the manifold?
You did say you tried two boosters already correct? Pay for shipping and I can ship you one I have here just laying around. Maybe those were bad or were they known working...
The booster is to make the brake softer so I don't believe that would be the problem. The master sends the pressure.
When you bled the system, did you start from the passenger rear, then to driver rear, then to the passenger front and lastly, the driver front? It is always a good habit to...
The 1JZ head on the 3.0 block, known as a 1.5JZ becomes a restriction at 600-700HP. Above those levels, the 2JZ head really has an advantage.
I am a firm believer that an equal power 1JZ will own a 2JZ anyday. 600HP 1JZ > 600HP 2JZ because of it's higher revving capability.
Just get new ones, they are cheaper. ARP head studs can be reused but I don't. I believe Ian said he changes the nuts on the studs every six or seven times. I am not sure exactly, but I believe it was him who said that. ARP flywheel bolts are cheap so you might as well get new ones.
Just take it to a shop and they will press it out for you. You would hate to mess something up and then have to find a new arm.
I do it all the time, 100 bucks and I press out and in each bushing. We have the tool and press, so it is super easy.
I had some custom lines made for me. Just simple -4 female ends on a braided hose, I had two made for my Tial blow off valve and AFPR. I know most people go -3 for that but I could not find a flat end -3 to have the other threads welded and machined to it, so a -4 had to work and it won't have...
I don't know how killing him is a reason to celebrate. There is someone already to take his place, if you are going to say no on that, you are one big asshole.
Hope it makes it easy like this tool.
I have this same tool but by blue point. I pulled off springs and retainers, lapped the valves, washed the head, installed new valve seals in a day and then shipped it out to a buyer. :)
That tool really earns it's money. I used it on a push rod head...
