UPDATE: I took off the AFPR and put the stocker back on. Right off the bat my injectors quiet down. During cruising my AFR's only bounced from 14.8-15.1. I had no hesitation during mild acceleration. No fuel pump whine/struggle noises. All of my problems disappeared as soon as I took the...
What wrong with the stock fan and fan clutch? I really don't recommend running electric fans unless you live in cool climates. Electric fans just do not pull air through the radiator like a stock set up with a fan shroud. Most people who do electric fans usually make a thread about how there...
I don't know about Tennesse, but here what you're looking to do is an expensive paint job. Bodywork (even minor), body kit, color change, and high quality paint from a reputable shop with warranty will run run an easy $7000.
Shops that do insurance work and have a reputation to uphold is...
Aww man, you got me all excited. I thought you were gonna run an exhaust like this guy did @ 3:30 of the video.

WOT at 12psi and running 11.5's is safe. Where you can benefit from a piggyback is probably the midrange curve. That's assuming you're running rich until you hit full boost.
Hmm. Just looked at the online manual for the Aeromotive AFPR 13109 and it states turning the adjustment screw clockwise (in) will increase the fuel pressure. I'll change the vacuum source and see if that makes a difference. I'll also put an order in for a new fuel pressure gauge while I'm at it.
Yeah, I was going to use a zip tie to keep the line down but didn't want people to think it's ghetto. :icon_razz
I think I'm going to take your advice and use the vacuum source from the boost gauge port. When I disconnect the stock FPR vacuum source hose it doesn't hiss at all. I thought it...
Being that it's not mine I don't want to take it apart. Maybe I can blow compressed air in it both way and see if something dislodges.
Videos will be uploaded in a couple of hours.
Sorry, couldn't respond last night. My internet froze on me last night.
Yes. Line from the fuel rail where the stock FPR was to the side port of the AFPR. Line going from the bottom of the AFPR to the return line. Vacuum source from the stock location to the small nipple on the right side...
I just googled automotive paint supply stores in phoenix, az. and came up with a list of stores. Why not go visit a couple of them and chat with them about paint. They'll lead you in the right direction of what kind, quality, and quantity of materials you'll need to get the job done. Make...
A friend of mine lent me his Aeromotive AFPR #13109 cause his car will be down for a while. He had it installed for about two weeks on his car before he decided to pull the engine a do a different swap.
My fuel mods:
Walbro in tank 255lph pump.
Venom 550cc injectors (I bought these in...

I used tires-easy.com for my Nitto drag radials. I called them on the phone and made sure they had them in stock ready to go before I ordered them. I believe I ordered them on...
Yeah, I thought you were down with the 7m. I could have sworn you said you'd never go jz. Don't make me look for that post.
Good luck on your new build.
Can we get pics of it on the car while it's on the ground? Does that system hang below the frame rails much?
Wouldn't it have been easier to use a muffler with both outlets on one side? Or did he just have that muffler laying around in his garage?
