Recently got a ticket for "Unecessary Noise". I've been running around with no muffler on my car. Was told by officer that it's simply a fix-it ticket. Just put a muffler on, show receipt, and pics to city prosecutor and it will most likely be dismissed.
I just wanted a cheap muffler for...
Update on the Aeromotive unit. I spoke to a tech at Aeromotive about the faulty AFPR. He said although it's extremely rare he has heard of this issue of the fuel pressure continues to rise with no adjusting it down. He asked me to send it in so he can take a look at it and adjust anything...
Probably get more responses in the General, or 7mgte Tech sections. Turbochargers forum doesn't get much action.
BTW, I wouldn't know anything about that turbo. Sorry I couldn't help.
I've searched high and low inside the house and garage. I used to have a Saab bypass valve with hoses and all ready to hook up. It even made that magical "WOOOO!" sound right as boost was about to build. I just can't find it. I'm afraid that I might have thrown it away long ago when I was...

Small update:
It turns out that I had the stock FPR VSV hooked up backwards. On top of that one of the VSV ports was blowing off under boost. I just figured that out too. So for that past year I didn't know that my VSV was unhooked. That explains when I went to the dragstrip my AFR's...
Hey, whatya know! I used this website called google.com and came up with this. Even had a pic of how it's connect. Thanks anyway guys.

I know there are two ports underneath the intake manifold that it hooks up to. I just need to know exactly which port goes where. For instance, does the port closest to the firewall go to the VSV port closes to the filter? Or vice versa? Anybody have any pics?
