how about the china manifolds? Any fitment issues with them? I'm leaning towards getting that one because it already has a v-band flange for the tial wastegate.
All you have to do is make sure that pin #19 (grey/green) of the IG1 connector is jumped to pin # 8 of the M1 connector just like it shows on the diagram. Nothing else. That's how it is set up on my harness and the CEL works flawlessly.
Hey guys, I remember a while back one of the MK4 guys used a single 40"+ braided line that ran from his clutch master cylinder all he way down to his slave cylinder.
Does anyone know where I can get a line that long with -3AN female fittings at both ends?
Any help is appreciated!
the JZA70 engine harness has a different dash connector to power up the gauges. All you have to do is splice your MA70 dash connector onto your JZA70 harness so it can plug right in.
The wires are even the same colors between the MA70 and JZA70 harnesses for the gauges. For example...
you're talking about the temp sensor? it goes on the bottom of radiator. the 2 wires, Light green/Red and Black/Red go from the sensor to the hydrofan ECU eventually.
swapping out the crossmember is a pain in the ass. you will have to get an alignment after you've swapped it.
If you can get a crossmember for significantly cheaper than the BIC mount brackets and don't mind the labor involved, go for it.
Well no matter what you have to repin the dash connectors. I'm going to make a jumper harness for the dash connectors when I get my harness in a few days.
