    How much current do the fans draw? How much is that stat good for? Mine was only 16 amps. For override wire another relay across the stat to avoid having to run two large wires into the cabin. That way you'll only have to run one small wire from inside. The problem with e fans aren't so much...

    This: and this: ...are not the same thing. Anyway, you can use either sensor in either housing (sensors work the same) but you can't use any sensor without a housing.

    The blower current is what it is. Just wire your switch to connector K or directly to the resistor terminals after the controls have been removed.

    I was going suggest that but me thinks he's too cheap. Same with cleaning the cooler. I used to do it myself but now send them to Pacific Oil Cooler. Nobody does it better.

    Splitting hairs. Only when surface area is large enough to reduce flow will pressure drop across it decrease.

    Not meant to be a contest. Some people I correct because they're usually right, not because they're wrong a tiny percentage of other times. I see it as a good thing.

    The only thing a larger filter will do, other than add a little to the volume of oil in the system, is increase holding capacity. In other words it'll last longer before going into bypass. Since a full flow filter doesn't do much anyway that's not something you should really care about.
