What Figgie is saying is it's not the engine that is at fault, when you boost on part throttle the TCCS holds the mixture at 14.7:1 till you hit 70% throttle. So if your pulling up a long hill on part throttle and your pulling boost the car will be detonating the whole time weakening your head...
You need to cut the THA wire and hook up the wire from the MAFT pro to the ECU side of the loom. Basically what this does is send a constant signal to the ecu so it thinks the inlet temp is 68*f.
I take it when your getting a code its a code 31? Are you sure you looked at the right wiring...
Sounds odd I have a walbro GSS341 and jumping fp b+ gives me instant fuel pressure. Sounds like you have a faulty pump or a split in the hose inside the fuel tank.
Your manifold pressure is 70+kpa while idling?? Mine is around 30kpa at idle sounds to me like you have a large leak somwhere. What does the map sensor read with ignition off?
Two of the links on the rear suspension are sphericle joints and once worn will clunk on accel and decel, be prepared to spend alot at the dealers if your going to replace all the bushings. Energy suspension do a poly bush kit which does most of the rear bushes I think its something like $90.
