Same crap that's in the Honda world. When the engines are cheap and disposable, it's cheaper to swap engines every so often instead of building the engine. It USED to be like that for us as well, remember?
Lower rear mount has a slide on it that when you tighten the bolt, slides over tight up against the metal insert in the bottom bushing of the dampener. Do NOT grind it, just tap it open a bit.
