Love the hate on rota all the time. They're an OEM manufacturer and people seem to expect their wheels to take a hit from a curb a millions miles an hour...
Test pipe isn't going to help it stay quite, and the HKS Super Dragger is among one of the quieter exhausts out there (besides the HKS Turbo exhaust and the Tanabe). Any of the other silencers are things that go in the end of mufflers and are a major restriction...
Which is well within the realm of the O2 sensor doing it's job. It's a computer controlled fuel injected car, it doesn't need to be retunedfrom such minor changes. Not to mention Toyota tuned them rich as hell from the factory...
*not to mention back pressure is a myth, and exhaust gas is...
Don't be running the car to find the leaks, jumper the diagnostic block to turn the fuelpump on instead. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=FI&P=71
Unless you bottomed out the spring; which shouldn't happen if you have the bump stops in place, and even then I think you'd bottom out the dampener internally first.

So far as I know that's the only thing that would kill both systems since IIRC the flasher would just be full on if it failed. Though that's assuming you checked the fuse already...
Bushing wears. Would be possible to find soemthing that will work in it's place, or to make a new one. Usual repair is to replace the regulator as a whole (not cheap).
Out of the hole they're fast, but from a roll he should have walked all over him, especially at higher than stock boost. Might have to rev a bit higher as you might be falling out of your powerband when you shift, though I doubt it.
