Honestly, not really. Though you seem to be a little low on the boost levels for fuel cut so look for boost leaks to rule it out as the cause.

So you're wanting something wide but small? Most 16 inch wheels are close to the caliper, 15 inch wheels won't clear period. Plus I have no idea why you'd want a shorter tire...

Dunno how it's idling seeing as how that blocked off port is to get metered air to control idle. Also, the PCV system is wrong for a GTE...

Bad booster can cause all sorts of issues. Also, the main load on the engine from hitting the brakes is electrical from the brake lights coming on. This is why it's a bit hard to diagnose, but look at a volt meter to see what's going on, it will help narrow it down.

Booster is probably shot.

If you're pulling that much load, switch the HID's lol

Rapidly spinning plastic fan rubbing against metal...in other words it's gonna melt. The main point was that it's going to damage the fan and require it to be replaced regardless.
