MA70 makes no difference, you're assuming the 7M runs hotter than the 1J when in fact the 1J has more power resulting in more heat (in stock form). IIRC that fan is wired the the small aux. fans that are setup as pullers. They kick on when the A/C is turned on, or if you start to overheat.

Exactly my point, the system only flows as much as the smallest restriction. My exhaust is 3" all the way through and isn't nearly as loud as an uncorked nur spec...

The real issue is how ebay's search function works. You HAVE to list items like that to get them to show up properly in searches.

Will never understand running an exhaust that requires the silencer to be in to be quiet. All the silencers are smaller than 3" and seriously restrict flow, so why bother with the exhaust at all?

Stock rail is extruded, not cast. It may even be billet, regardless it's just as strong as a billet rail.
