Does it have ARP head studs? If so check out the ARP website. If they have an allen socket head on them, they are stock bolts, and should be torqued to 72 ft lbs. If they are ARP bolts, again check the website for the spec sheet. You should do some research on here about the retorque procedure...

Letting it idle for a long time to warm it up isn't necessarily any better. Just drive it easy until it is warmed up and make sure if you take short trips that you take it out and get it fully warmed up every now and then.

Looks really good! Isn't it pretty much a 7mgte though considering you are using GTE pistons? Only real difference is the piston oil squirters and the turbo feed/drain lines now.
