Wheel Color Photoshop Request (Era)

Well, since I don't have photoshop and my HP Mini Laptop isn't powerful enough to run it, I need some assistance.
All I'd like to see is Black Centers with Polished Lip.
I'm open to color options though if you'd like to get creative.

It just needs less air under it, that's the cure. Looks perfect tucking the tread
