What's a garrett 60-1 turbo and a garrett TO4E turbo? Found them on the treadstone performance website and was curious because i cant find these turbos on the garrett website? they usually name their turbos i.e. GT3776 or GTX3576R. Im trying to get a good size turbo for my mk3 2jzgte swap and i want to stay mostly stock with the ecu and injectors maybe upgrade to 550s since i have the jdm version with my power goal in the 400hp range and im trying to find a compressor map for those turbos. thanks

Did travis do your swap?

I had one on my 1jz and it worked great should work even better on a 2j. I believe it is garrett internals not a true garret turbo, but I could be wrong. Do you have a link to it?

that's a good turbo but isn't .88 AR kinda laggy, plus it uses a iconel tubine wheel which is the same as the jdm twins. Don't know if I mentioned but I need a t4 flange turbo also as t3 2jzgte manifolds are hard to come by was going to go with a logstyle godspeed mani

They have t4 options for that turbo if you see on the drop down list. Read the description for more details. Plenty of 2j guys have run this turbo with very good success. I can't tell you how laggy this turbo may, or may not be but borg warner turbos are known to spool pretty quick for their turbine sizes.

That's a lot of turbo for the money.

what about this BW S300sx FMW 62mm they have the same optional .88 AR but the compressor trim is a 54 as compared with the other which is a 52. the BW s300sx fmw looks like it has a more "versatile" compressor map and at a PR of 2 for this or the other BW wouldnt this turbo put me in the better efficiency island for 400hp? but then again since its a bit bigger would it take longer to spool? couldnt find tubine wheel dimensions for this turbo though. Dont know if i mentioned it but im going to go with a logstyle manifold from godspeed and would it be possible to spool before the 3000rpm?

Wow, I didn't know the FMW 62mm was $799. Yeah, I'd rather go with that one. I'm sure you'll see positive pressure before 3000rpm, but not full boost. Venture over to supraforums, and see who's running this turbo with a 2jz. Look to see what his impressions are.

I also found this smaller turbo that carries a t4 flange but has to be port matched to the gasket....BorgWarner S200SX 7670 Turbo

With a T4 twinscroll .83AR and 3" V-band it totals $1044
http://www.full-race.com/store/turbos/borgwarner-airwerks/borgwarner-s200sx-7670-turbo.html

But at this site its $630 with the part #177257 which is the T4 twinscroll .83AR but it doesn't give me the option of for a 3" V-band maybe have to call em and see
http://www.agpturbo.com/borg-warner-s200sx-200-to-580-hp-turbo/

but I think that this turbo may be a bit better as I said im looking for quick spool and modest 400hp and am trying to keep stock ecu with piggyback and stock cams and upgrade injectors later for a daily.

think im going to go with the BW s200sx 7670. saw a 1jz supra run it and he made 500hp to the wheels. messaged him and he said spool time was great and is very streetable. just have to decide which AR to go with now

After reading the description it does sound like a good street turbo. Even though you'll be going with a undivided manifold for now, I'd still get the .83 A/R twinscroll just incase you do get a twinscroll manifold later. When you're done and bored of 500rwhp you can easily sell this turbo to someone looking for a good street turbo.
