alright, heres my issue (car is a 1.5JZ running on an Aristo harness/ECU)

when i go to start the car up while cold, it has no problems if its inside a garage in moderately cool air.

after it has warmed up, the car will not start at all. if i spray some starter fluid into the throttle while cranking, it starts up. Also if i plug in a cold temp sensor (resistor one) car starts right up. it will not start up any other way. after this i can plug the harness back into the sensor in the neck, and the car runs perfectly.

if left out in the sun (texas, so its 100 degrees plus) the ambient heat outside will make the car not start as well. same thing as before with a cold sensor or starting fluid, car starts up and drives great.

i have redone the wires from the sensor to the ecu, changed ecu's, changed temp, crank, and cams sensors. but we cannot get the car to start on its own without the sensor trick.

in essence, if the temp sensor is warm in any way, the car will not fire the injectors at all

any help you guys might have would help out big time.
