valve stem seals

im looking to replace the seals i was wondering how dificult this job is

you can either use compressed air, or stuff a rope in the cylinder to keep the valves up. and of course, TDC. not that hard, just tedious and takes time.

ok thank you should i put a little oil on them befor install like a filter
