having issue with quick throttle response goes lean for a second like it has to catch up tried turning the fuel pressure up still having the same issue also while tuning having issue of not being consistant like its switching between open and closed loop or partial and fuel throttle, is there anyway to lock it in open and tune then lock in closed and tune, not sure on this subject of open and closed

You will have to learn to live with the throttle reponse problem, i have tried to richen to lean it and nothing, that`s a problem the stock ecu does to compensate for the air flow meter or something like it. I spent a year trying to fix it.

closed loop is out of your control. You can either max out the ecu's control on the fuel trims or work with them by pleasing Vf's.

Part throttle operation is closed loop unless its above a certain rpm or the tps is above a certain %.
