You can powdercoat the compressor side I don't think you can do the exhaust side though. You would need to take the turbo apart to do this but if your just doing the compressor housing it shouldn't be hard.

What about having the turbine housing ceramic coated, or Jet Hot coated? I know with all of the parts I've had Jet Hot do they coat both the inside and outside of whatever it is. So since I'm planning to have some coating work done on my new turbo should I mention to them not to coat the inside of the the turbine housing?

It sprayed on via static coating, and then baked at very high temps.

I for one am a fan of what Jdub offers. :) I believe its the same as a swaintech coating....

An no - you can't powder coat the turbine. You can powdercoat the other parts. YES it needs to be taken apart before doing it.
