SAFC2 tuning question.

I'm changing the fuel correction to +50% and -50% and still 9.4 air fuel ratio. Sometimes bounces from 10.0-11.0, but eventually goes back to 9.4 and I'm a bit lost.

It's a 1j, stock ecu, 440cc inj, 2j turbo cams and single turbo.

Anyone with SAFC2 knowledge can help me out? Hugely appreciated!
