Safc II part throttle boost tuning

Hey guys, i have a fresh 7m with 550's, lex, 57trim ct26, exhaust, etc.., and im having problems with part throttle boost running 14.7 afr. On the safc II my throttle points are set at 69L 70H with a perfect WOT tune. All of the low throttle settings are at 0 because it runs right at 14.7 in closed loop. but How can I tune for when i am boosting on just part throttle? And it makes boost at relatively low throttle which is becoming a problem.

Unless you go wot, it will not go into open loop, you are good, don't worrie about part throttle, the ecu takes care of all that.
Even if you tried to richen it up, the ecu will make it go back to were it wants it to be.
