R154 7m clutch fork

the c-clip that holds the pin in for the clutch fork, is it a wider clip? or was it 2 clips? Mine currently has 2 clips on it but i think that was a fix because we had lost the original. is there any need for 2? it doesn't seem like the pin is gonna do any vertical movement so that's why i ask if it was required to have 2 clips or not..

I just removed mine and it was a single clip. I can't vouch for what was stock as I had just picked up the Tranny but one should be good enough.
